Inetum is seeking a Junior SAP HCM Consultant to begin a career in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, supporting German-speaking users and contributing to international projects.

You will participate in structured training, provide frontline support, analyze incidents, and assist in configuration, testing, and documentation under senior guidance. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar field.
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1) and fluency in Portuguese.
• Professional working knowledge of English.
• Interest in Human Resources and Information Systems.
• Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
