We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Construction Management Lead with hands‑on experience in construction project management, contractor coordination, site supervision, focusing on project timelines, budget control, and ensuring efficient and compliant construction execution.
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing construction activities, coordinating contractors and project stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, supervising site execution, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Material Procurement: Oversee the acquisition of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable supply chains.
Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between all parties involved architects, to ensure alignment in product requirements.
Timeline Management: Monitor several projects timelines and synchronize product deliveries with construction schedules to avoid delays.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Inspections: Conduct or oversee inspections of products to verify compliance with project specifications.
Financial Management: Manage the budget allocated for product procurement, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing decisions.
Cost Analysis: Analyze and report on product costs to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all products comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and other relevant standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of product specifications, delivery schedules, and compliance certifications.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about product statuses, potential delays, and changes in plans.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports and presentations to update higher‑ups or clients on product management progress.
Specification Knowledge: Understand construction blueprints and specifications to ensure that ordered products match project requirements.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate product information into project models and ensure compatibility.
Project Management Tools: Utilize project management software to track deliveries and monitor project progress.
Inventory Systems: Use inventory management systems to monitor stock levels and optimize ordering processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
Proven experience in construction management, ideally in industrial or engineering projects. Hands‑on experience coordinating contractors and site activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, including planning, execution, and site supervision. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources in complex engineering environments.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to construction sites.
Full professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for an international environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to technical details and project documentation.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with engineering, project management, and site stakeholders.
