A leading energy company in Portugal is seeking a PMO to enhance its projects focused on innovation and sustainability. This role involves supporting project design, monitoring progress, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of project management experience, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Strong English skills are required, and French is a plus. The position offers opportunities for remote work and continuous training.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as Project Manager Officer or Project Manager.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in French is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence or others).

• Support in the design and development of the project according to the defined objectives, the necessary resources, the potential risks, the fixed deadlines and the assigned budget;
• Monitoring and follow-up of the actions that are executed;
• Periodic reports on the progress of the project;
• Stakeholder Management;
• Management of the necessary tools and resources for the project;
• Risk analysis: identification and proactive resolution of risks;
• Ensure goals are achieved and make recommendations when detecting eventual deviations.

What you are like
