Inetum is seeking a Clearing Operations Analyst to join the Derivatives Execution & Clearing team. You will support back-office activities, daily clearing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and risk control.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to an inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued. This role emphasizes efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement within a dynamic setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• Interest or knowledge in Financial Markets helps.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and communicate clearly.

Aufgaben

• Act as a primary contact for counterparties regarding trade allocation and clearing.
• Monitor and allocate trades to ensure Straight Through Processing flows.
• Follow up on pending trades and coordinate timely booking.
• Perform reconciliations between internal and external platforms.
• Support risk identification, assessment and monitoring of operations.
• Execute required exercises and close-out processes.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving systems and processes.
• Manage daily communication through email, phone and other channels.
• Monitor delivery products and ensure accuracy of positions, margins, and payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather information.
