KCS IT in Portugal is seeking a Junior Java developer to join our diverse team. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices, while translating business needs into technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional Java development experience.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and OO programming.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Document business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, QA and project managers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes using Jira and Confluence.
