Inspired Education Group is seeking a motivated Junior HR Systems, Data & BI Analyst to join our Global HR Systems team. The role focuses on leveraging people data, HR technology and analytics across our international network of schools to improve decision-making.

You'll work with HR teams to ensure data accuracy, build reports and dashboards in Power BI and SuccessFactors data sources, and develop end-to-end analytics on recruitment and other HR domains over time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI or HR analytics.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation and cleansing.
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Work with recruitment and HR teams to ensure people data is accurate, complete and consistently maintained, starting with recruitment data.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and key people metrics using data from SuccessFactors and other sources.
• Support the development of recruitment analytics, including visibility of vacancies, recruitment activity, pipelines, time to hire and other indicators.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and help establish data reporting standards across HR teams.
