Inspired Education Group is seeking a motivated Junior HR Systems, Data & BI Analyst to join our Global HR Systems team. The role focuses on leveraging people data, HR technology and analytics across our international network of schools to improve decision-making.

You'll work with HR teams to ensure data accuracy, build reports and dashboards in Power BI and SuccessFactors data sources, and develop end-to-end analytics on recruitment and other HR domains over time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI or HR analytics.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation and cleansing.
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Work with recruitment and HR teams to ensure people data is accurate, complete and consistently maintained, starting with recruitment data.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and key people metrics using data from SuccessFactors and other sources.
• Support the development of recruitment analytics, including visibility of vacancies, recruitment activity, pipelines, time to hire and other indicators.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and help establish data reporting standards across HR teams.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired Education is seeking a motivated and analytical Junior HR Systems, Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global HR Systems team.

The role will support the Group in making better use of people data, HR technology and digital tools across our global network of schools. The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams across different countries and regions to ensure that information held within our HR systems isaccurate, complete and consistently maintained, and then use that data to develop reporting and insights that support better decision-making. The initial focus of the role will be on recruitment data and analytics. This will involve working end-to-end with recruitment and HR teams to understand how data is captured, identify and resolve data quality gaps, establish consistent ways of working, and develop the reports and analytics required to provide visibility of recruitment activity and performance.

The role offers the opportunity to develop a broad combination ofPeople Analytics, HR Systems and stakeholder management skills within a global HR function. Working closely with experienced members of the Global HR Systems team, including a People Systems & Insights Analyst, the successful candidate will receive coaching and support while progressively taking greater ownership of different areas of HR data and reporting.

While recruitment will be the initial area of focus, the scope of the role is expected toevolve into other areas of HR over time, providing exposure to a broad range of people data, reporting, systems, automation and AI initiatives as Inspired continues to develop its global HR technology and analytics capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with recruitment and HR teams across the Group to ensure people data is accurate, complete and consistently maintained, initially with a particular focus on recruitment data.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to understand and resolve them.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and key people metrics, using data from SuccessFactors and other relevant sources.
• Support the development of recruitment analytics, including visibility of vacancies, recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, time to hire and other relevant indicators.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear and actionable insights.
• Work with HR stakeholders to understand their reporting and data needs and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Help establish consistent data definitions, reporting standards and ways of working across HR teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting and HR processes through better use of technology, automation and AI.
• Support the testing and implementation of new reports, system enhancements and digital solutions.
• Work closely with the Global HR Systems team and support HR colleagues with guidance and training on how data should be captured and maintained.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, HR systems, People Analytics or another relevant analytical role. Internship, graduate programme or relevant academic project experience will be considered.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation and data cleansing.
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
