HAVI TechHUB in Lisbon is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to join the team and help design, build, and deploy production-ready AI capabilities with a strong GenAI focus.

You’ll collaborate with architects, analysts, data specialists and SMEs to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions across the full lifecycle—from discovery, prototyping, and engineering to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience in software engineering (backend and/or full-stack).
• Any level of hands-on exposure to GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG, prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, agent frameworks) - from academic/personal projects for early-career candidates to production delivery for senior candidates.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, events, queues, ETL/ELT, and identity/security controls.
• Proven experience operating solutions with monitoring, logging, incident triage, and performance/cost optimization
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI capabilities, with emphasis on GenAI and agentic solutions that can reason, plan, and execute actions via tools and enterprise integrations.
• Partner with Solution Architect, Solution Analysts, Data Stewards, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and business SMEs to deliver secure, reliable, scalable AI solutions end-to-end—from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
