Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, prototype, and implement AI agents that support engineering workflows across Bosch. You translate complex engineering use cases into intelligent, reliable GenAI solutions that accelerate innovation.

Designing and implementing GenAI agents that support engineering tasks, building AI pipelines with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and domain‑specific knowledge sources.

Qualificações

• GenAI development experience and agent orchestration.
• Solid software engineering background with Python and APIs.
• Familiarity with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, PDFs, docs).
• Understanding of LLM integration, embeddings and vector stores.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Swarm or MCP.
• Nice to have: MLOps, AI observability, evaluation frameworks, or model deployment.
• Nice to have: familiarity with PLM systems, engineering workflows, or automotive/industrial compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and implementing GenAI agents that support engineering tasks.
• Building AI pipelines using LLMs, embeddings, and vector stores.
• Integrating AI agents with engineering tools, databases and repositories.
• Developing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines for structured data.
• Ensuring agent reliability, traceability and safe behavior in regulated environments.
• Collaborating with domain experts to evaluate usability and performance.
• Documenting architectures, APIs, integration points, and guidelines.
• Working with security and compliance teams on responsible AI usage.
