O candidato ideal terá um grau em Gestão ou áreas relacionadas e será responsável por prestar consultoria, gerir projetos e melhorar a eficiência dos serviços. A função oferece uma possibilidade de integração na equipa permanente e um ambiente de trabalho híbrido.

Qualificações

Fluente em Português e proficiente em Inglês.
Até 1 ano de experiência profissional, preferencialmente em consultoria ou apoio ao cliente.
Disponível para participar em projetos internacionais e viagens, se necessário.

Responsabilidades

Prestar serviços de consultoria e gestão de projetos que apoiam a transformação digital dos clientes.
Gerir consultas dos utilizadores, resolver problemas de fluxo de trabalho e realizar tarefas administrativas de sistemas.
Identificar oportunidades para melhorar os serviços e garantir a entrega ideal.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Provide consulting, project management, and quality assurance services that support our clients' digital transformation journeys;
Support our systems by managing user inquiries, resolving workflow issues, and performing key System Administration tasks;
Drive the entire lifecycle of the apps, including business process reengineering and transformation, establishing key features and system specifications, and overseeing usability and testing;
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our services, ensuring the optimal delivery solutions;
Create and maintain resource documents;
Deliver training sessions that empower users and enhance adoption;
Present engaging product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Who Thrives in This Role:

Holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, or a related field;
Demonstrates proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management software;
Has up to 1 year of professional experience, preferably in consulting, customer support, or technology-related fields;
Brings initiative, autonomy, accountability, curiosity, and a positive, proactive attitude to the team;
Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English;
Excited to contribute to global digital transformation initiatives and passionate about technology;
Open to participating in international projects and available to travel if required.
