Our client is a renowned company in the Banking industry and is currently recruiting an Client and Business Solutions Consultant (M/F/D) in the Lisbon area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with general product support and technical product assistance;
• Build positive relationships, continuously communicating with the Client and other involved parties;
• Address and resolve incidents, complaints, and claims promptly in accordance with current procedures and policies;
• Take E2E responsibility towards the Client, adopting a cross-functional approach across the Group's various departments (front to back).

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Economics, or similar fields;
• Previous experience in similar roles (mandatory);
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (mandatory);
• Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory)
• Advanced level of French (valued);
• Critical thinking, customer orientation, and analytical skills;
• Strong corporate communication skills;
• Immediate availability to start;
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Offer:
