- Provide consulting, project management, and quality assurance services that support our clients' digital transformation journeys;
- Support our systems by managing user inquiries, resolving workflow issues, and performing key System Administration tasks;
- Drive the entire lifecycle of the apps, including business process reengineering and transformation, establishing key features and system specifications, and overseeing usability and testing;
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our services, ensuring the optimal delivery solutions;
- Create and maintain resource documents; 창
- Deliver training sessions that empower users and enhance adoption;
- Present engaging product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, or a related field;
- Demonstrates proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management software;
- Has up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, customer support, or technology-related fields;
- Holds a Pedagogical Skills Certification (CCP) — preferred;
- Holds a Project Management Certification — preferred;
- Brings initiative, autonomy, accountability, curiosity, and a positive, proactive attitude to the team;
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English;
- Excited to contribute to global digital transformation initiatives and passionate about technology;
- Open to participating in international projects and available to travel if required.
