Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Junior Fleet Planning Analyst in Portugal to assist in optimizing fleet rotation plans across cars, vans and trucks, aligning with demand and utilization targets. You will help track costs, forecast, and support tool deployment (FAST and TARS) in line with group strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong Excel and BI skills, and fluent English with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset for cross-country collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields.
• Strong data handling and reporting principles.
• Familiarity with data workflows and database layouts.
• Knowledge of fleet costs structures, utilization metrics, and rental indicators is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in elaborating optimized Fleet Rotation Plans across Cars, Vans & Trucks.
• Support country teams with localized data for Fleet Rotation Plans according to budgets.
• Monitor data quality within planning tools to ensure alignment with central guidelines.
• Help compile and deliver consolidated Fleet Costs updates to Finance teams.
• Track controls to ensure accuracy during monthly plan updates.
• Provide data-driven insights to support Fleet Committee presentations.
• Collaborate with IT and external providers to maintain planning tools.
