Europcar in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Fleet Planning Analyst to support fleet rotation plans across Cars, Vans and Trucks, assist with forecasting and tracking fleet costs, and help maintain central planning tools like FAST and TARS.

You will work with country teams to deliver data, monitor data quality, and provide analytical visibility for Fleet Committee, requiring 1–3 years in related field, a Bachelor degree, strong Excel, and English fluency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or similar field.
• 1–3 years in Fleet planning, Data Analysis, BI, or controlling is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data visualization experience is expected.
• Familiarity with data workflows and fleet cost metrics is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in optimizing Fleet Rotation Plans across cars, vans and trucks.
• Support country teams with data for Fleet Rotation Plans within budget/forecast timelines.
• Monitor data quality in planning tools and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Consolidate fleet cost updates for local and central Finance teams.
• Track monthly plan updates to ensure accuracy and stability.
• Provide data-driven insights for Fleet Committee presentations.
