Europcar Mobility Group seeks a Junior Fleet Planning Analyst in Portugal to support fleet rotation planning, data forecasting, and cost tracking across brands. You will help maintain central planning tools and ensure data accuracy with RCM guidelines, collaborating with IT and local teams.

Ideal candidates have basic fleet costing knowledge, strong Excel/BI skills, and a proactive mindset for process improvements and standardization.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years in Fleet planning, Data Analysis, BI, or controlling.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of data workflows and fleet cost structures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in elaboration of optimized Fleet Rotation Plans.
• Support country teams with localized data within Budget/Forecast timelines.
• Monitor data quality across planning tool and brands to align with guidelines.
• Consolidate Fleet Costs updates to Finance teams.
• Track monthly plan updates and ensure accuracy and stability.
• Provide data-driven insights for Fleet Committee presentations.
