Europcar Mobility Group in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Fleet Planning Analyst to support optimization of fleet rotation plans for cars, vans, and trucks, aligning with demand and budget cycles. You will assist cross-country teams with data, monitor data quality, and contribute to cost tracking and tool maintenance.

The role requires 1-3 years in fleet planning or BI, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, strong Excel/Google Suite skills, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years in Fleet planning, Data Analysis, BI, or controlling.
• Experience in corporate or localized planning environment is valued.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in elaboration of optimized Fleet Rotation Plans.
• Support country teams with data for Fleet Rotation Plan per Budget/Forecast timelines.
• Monitor data quality in planning tool across activities and brands.
• Help compile and deliver consolidated Fleet Costs updates to Finance teams.
• Track process controls to ensure accuracy during monthly plan updates.
• Provide analytical visibility on Rotation Plan for Fleet Committee presentations.
• Collaborate with IT and external providers to maintain planning tools.
