Job summary

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Junior Client Relationship Officer to join its CSG department in Porto. You will act as the reference point for the analysis and validation of the ESG component of KYC files.

Reporting to the CSG team, you will assess eligibility of the ESG questionnaire, manage risks and coordinate with ESG Risk teams while performing first-level controls on data generated by AI. The role offers a hybrid work policy and English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Soft skills include interpersonal, communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility and processing the ESG questionnaire during Onboarding, Periodic and Event-Driven Reviews.
• Verify sector policies and document counterparty reputational risk levels.
• Monitor ESG Workflow (KYC tool) and perform first-level data quality controls.
• Collaborate with ESG Risk teams and act as first-level contact for Front Officers.
