Job summary

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Junior Client Relationship Officer to join the CSG. You will act as the key reference point for the ESG components of KYC files, supporting onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.

The role emphasizes validating ESG questionnaires, coordinating with ESG Risk teams, and guiding Front Officers through the ESG journey. A Bachelor's or Master's degree and fluent English are required; a hybrid work policy is offered.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess ESG questionnaire eligibility during onboarding, periodic, and event-driven reviews.
• Validate ESG questionnaire sections and ensure data quality from the AI-assisted process.
• Monitor the ESG workflow in the KYC tool and perform first-level data checks.
• Escalate to ESG Risk and assist Front Officers as the first contact.
