Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT Operations Specialist with Anaplan exposure to join our Lisbon team. You will administer user access, manage Anaplan workspaces, and oversee ITIL-based incident handling while ensuring data integrity across integrations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT operations, a related bachelor's degree, and strong English communication. The role offers growth via our Training Academy and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative, energetic environment.

What will you do?

• Administer user access, roles, and licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal allocation across Anaplan workspaces;
• Manage Anaplan workspaces and models, performing routine maintenance and overseeing system performance;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related requests and operational incidents, providing troubleshooting and escalation based on ITIL best practices;
• Monitor data imports/exports and integrations, verifying data consistency and troubleshooting basic pipeline failures;
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.

What are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field;
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in IT operations, system administration, application support, or a technical helpdesk role;
• Strong conceptual understanding of Cloud-based solutions, SaaS architecture, and fundamental IT workflows (e.g., ITIL, incident/request ticketing systems;
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for quickly learning new software platforms and tools, like Anaplan;
• Fluent or Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (spoken and written) for effective communication with international stakeholders;
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, maintain organization, meet deadlines, and display strong commitment and responsibility;
