Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT Operations Associate to join our Anaplan support team in Lisbon. You will manage user access and licenses, oversee workspaces, handle incidents, and ensure data integrity across integrations, following ITIL practices.

You should have a relevant degree and 1–2 years in IT operations, English proficiency, and a proactive mindset. Aubay offers training, health coverage, and a collaborative environment in a multinational group.

Responsabilidades

What will you do?

• Administer user access, roles, and licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal allocation across Anaplan workspaces;
• Manage Anaplan workspaces and models, performing routine maintenance and overseeing system performance;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related requests and operational incidents, providing troubleshooting and escalation based on ITIL best practices;
• Monitor data imports/exports and integrations, verifying data consistency and troubleshooting basic pipeline failures;
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.

What are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field;
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in IT operations, system administration, application support, or a technical helpdesk role;
• Strong conceptual understanding of Cloud-based solutions, SaaS architecture, and fundamental IT workflows (e.g., ITIL, incident/request ticketing systems;
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for quickly learning new software platforms and tools, like Anaplan;
• Fluent or Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (spoken and written) for effective communication with international stakeholders;
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, maintain organization, meet deadlines, and display strong commitment and responsibility;
