Aubay Portugal is seeking a seasoned Functional Analyst to design solutions aligned with business rules and regulatory standards. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality functional deliveries and data modeling.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in functional analysis, BPMN process design, and strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, with a relevant IT degree or proven project experience. Hybrid work model available.

What will you do?

• Develop functional analysis, designing solutions that meet requirements and comply with organizational business rules, regulatory standards, and existing functional architecture.
• Apply best practices in functional analysis methodologies, encompassing processes, flows, logical data design, interface design (screens, receipts, files), and information mapping in system interfaces.
• Provide support and follow-up to various teams, including Business, Development, Testing, Customer Service, and Operations, regarding functional deliveries.

What are we looking for?

• Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in Functional Analysis, demonstrating strong knowledge of relevant techniques (interviews, actor identification, methods, UML, interfaces, and systems).
• Proven knowledge of process design using BPMN and essential expertise in data modeling (logical and conceptual levels).
• Fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• A degree, preferably in Information Systems, or demonstrated experience in IT projects is highly valued.
• Desirable knowledge of Power Designer tool and Information Management concepts.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, a passion for solution design, resilience, and proactivity.
