Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Business Analyst I to join our Strategy, Transformation & Projects team in Lisbon. You will support gathering requirements, analyze data, and help drive project success across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or information systems and 1–3 years of experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Exposure to business analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Apply professional expertise to support business analysis activities on various projects.
• Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and project teams.
• Contribute to solution design and implementation with cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze data, develop insights, and communicate findings effectively.
