Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Business Analyst I to join our Strategy, Transformation & Projects team in Lisbon. You will support gathering requirements, analyze data, and help drive project success across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or information systems and 1–3 years of experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are valued.

• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Continuously develop knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies.
