Qualificações

2–4 years of experience in Big Four or middle-tier consulting in Strategy or Operations.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Experience at Analyst, Associate or Consultant level.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or another relevant quantitative field.
Strong financial modelling capabilities including P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback analysis.
Strong understanding of subscription metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV and retention.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH and sensitivity tables.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable working with uncensored / NSFW AI products.

Responsabilidades

Analyse business performance, pricing, churn, product and market opportunities
Build financial models, forecasts, business cases and KPI reporting
Structure ambiguous business problems and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Analyse P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback logic
Analyse subscription business metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, LTV, retention and cohort performance
Translate complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders
Independently prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate findings clearly
Work closely with founders, senior leadership and operational stakeholders on business-critical initiatives

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company with 50M+ users that is seeking to onboard a Junior Business Analyst to work closely with founders and senior leadership on high-impact commercial, operational and strategic projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyse business performance, pricing, churn, product and market opportunities
Build financial models, forecasts, business cases and KPI reporting
Structure ambiguous business problems and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
