Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist to support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and account updates. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to ensure accurate processing and efficient customer account management.

The role requires German (C1/C2) and English (C1) proficiency, a bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance, and at least 6 months in AR/O2C or finance operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Follow established financial procedures, internal controls, and quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases to senior colleagues.
• Meet KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, processing times, and quality.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of finance systems and O2C processes.
