Job summary

Decskill is growing and seeks a Junior Application Support to join a project with a hybrid working model. You will provide support for business-critical applications, monitor systems, and collaborate with development and infra teams to resolve incidents.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position, strong communication, and proficiency in Linux/Windows, scripting, and SQL fundamentals. Familiarity with Power BI, Jira and Confluence is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling tools (BMC/Control-M).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL fundamentals.
• Experience with Power BI, Jira and Confluence.
• DevOps mindset and proactive problem solving.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or PowerShell)
• Experience with Oracle databases and solid understanding of SQL fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and debugging errors
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience with Power BI
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• DevOps mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
