Qualificações

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Post and process accounts payable, perform reconciliations and ensure that all transactions are timely recorded and paid.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the company’s procurement tool.
• Manage daily bookkeeping of bank transactions and perform reconciliations.
• Review expenses, check compliance with company policy and post them.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes.
• Support the internal control processes.
• Care for the efficiency, accuracy and timelines of all tasks.
• Engage in close cooperation with senior finance managers.
• Full engagement into the process of learning and adaptation.
• Support team members in daily work.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of general accounting experience in an international environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Additional proficiency in French or German skills are considered an asset.
• Good understanding of IFRS.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong asset.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and able to perform well under pressure.
