• Strong professional experience as a Java Developer / Tech Lead.
• Strong experience with Java and backend development.
• Experience providing technical leadership and supporting development teams.
• Good knowledge of software architecture and design best practices.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systems.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyse technical challenges and define effective solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international environments.

• Experience with modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
