Hexa Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join our hybrid team. You will build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, focusing on scalable microservices in an international environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Excellent English is mandatory, and you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver high-performance software.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
• Advanced level of English (mandatory)
