Hexa is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer in Portugal to contribute to the development of enterprise applications in the banking sector. You will work in an Agile environment supporting regulatory compliance and customer information management, focusing on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

You will develop across front-end and back-end technologies, implement automated tests, review code, and help reduce technical debt while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• At least 9 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong experience delivering and maintaining complex enterprise applications.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and contribute to multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capabilities, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Relational databases, particularly Oracle.
• Unit testing frameworks, including JUnit and Mockito.
• Software design patterns and clean coding principles.
• Continuous Integration practices and associated development tools.
• Agile software development methodologies.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting for automation and operational activities.
