Job summary

Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is looking for a Java & React.js Tech Lead to guide a small to mid-size development team from Lisbon. You will own technical direction, ensure code quality, and drive architecture alignment while writing hands-on Java and React.js components.

You will also mentor teammates on CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid to deliver impactful technology initiatives and long-term career

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Java and React.js development.
• Proven experience leading technical development teams.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including build, testing and deployment.
• Experience with DevOps and continuous integration tools.
• Solid knowledge of API-first architectures and microservices.
• Ability to discuss deployment topics with stakeholders and non-executors.

Mission:

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for technically leading a small to medium-sized development team, ensuring the quality of deliveries and alignment with the defined architecture. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on development in Java and React.js, while supporting CI/CD, DevOps and integration topics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small to medium-sized technical development team.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in Java and React.js development.
