IRIUM Portugal seeks a Junior Java Full Stack developer to join a challenging project in Lisbon. You will contribute to building scalable software solutions using modern frameworks within an Agile environment.

As a Junior, you'll work on frontend and backend components, grow your skills, and participate in team discussions. Expect a hybrid Lisbon office schedule with three days on-site and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in Java Spring and backend development.
• Experience with building scalable software components across systems.
• English at least C1 and Lisbon-based with 3 days/week in office.

Java Full Stack – Junior

Requirements

We are currently looking for a Java Full Stack – Junior to join a challenging project, contributing to the development and enhancement of scalable and high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.

Required Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Java Spring
• Experience developing and enhancing software components across systems and applications
• Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologies
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot application issues
• Ability to work independently and actively contribute to team discussions
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• English – minimum C1
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with React.js
• Knowledge of Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS)
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with MySQL
• Interest in emerging technologies and modern software development practices

Salary Range: €*****–€***** gross/month
