IRIUM procura Senior Java Back End para liderar componentes de backend num projeto desafiante em Lisboa. O/a candidato/a será responsável por desenvolver soluções escaláveis, confiáveis e alinhadas com práticas ágeis, mantendo ownership técnico e colaborando com equipas multifuncionais.

O papel exige domínio de Java Spring, inglês C1 e disponibilidade para trabalhar 3 dias por semana no escritório em Lisboa, num modelo híbrido com entrega de valor constante.

Qualificações

• Domínio de Java Spring e desenvolvimento backend.
• Capacidade de assumir ownership de componentes de software.
• Experiência em analisar problemas complexos e propor soluções eficientes.
• Participação em discussões de arquitetura alinhadas com objetivos de negócio.
• Colaboração com equipas multifuncionais para integração de features.
• Contribuição para decisões técnicas entre várias equipas.
• Capacidade de orientar colegas com partilha de conhecimento.
• Tomar responsabilidade pelas decisões da equipa e desempenho.
• Compreensão de práticas modernas de desenvolvimento e Agile.
• Inglês mínimo C1.

Senior Java Back End

to join a challenging project, taking ownership of software components and contributing to the development of scalable, high-performing and reliable backend solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.

Required Competencies:

• Java Spring Strong experience in backend software development, including designing, coding and enhancing software components
• Experience taking ownership of software components and ensuring their quality and performance
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions that improve system efficiency and reliability
• Experience contributing to architectural discussions and helping define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software features
• Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams
• Experience supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and development best practices
• Ability to take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to effective team performance
• Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
• English - minimum C1
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

Location:

Lisbon – Hybrid Work Model: 3 days per week at the office

Salary Range:

€3.300-€3.700 gross/month Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
