IRIUM is seeking a Java Full Stack – Junior to contribute to the development and enhancement of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong Java Spring skills, Agile practices, and solid English proficiency, with a hybrid Lisbon work setup and a 3-day-per-week in-office schedule.

Ideal candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn rapidly, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives while delivering high-quality code and solutions.

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in Java Spring.
• Experience developing and enhancing software components across systems and applications.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot application issues.
• Ability to work independently and actively contribute to team discussions.

• English – minimum C1.
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon.

Requirements

We are currently looking for a Java Full Stack – Junior to join a challenging project, contributing to the development and enhancement of scalable and high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.

• Strong proficiency in Java SpringExperience developing and enhancing software components across systems and applicationsKnowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologiesAbility to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutionsAbility to analyse and troubleshoot application issuesAbility to work independently and actively contribute to team discussionsProactive approach to continuous improvement and knowledge sharingEnglish – minimum C1Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

Salary Range

• €1.500–€1.900 gross/month
