Job summary

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в IT или эквивалент.
• Не менее 8 лет опыта в разработке ПО.
• Уверенный опыт Java и микросервисной архитектуры.
• Знание React, IAM-решений (Keycloak/Okta/OIDC, RBAC).
• Опыт разработки и внедрения архитектурных шаблонов; владение технологиями обмена сообщениями.
• Опыт обеспечения производительности, масштабируемости и безопасности систем.
• Навыки проведения code reviews и соблюдения стандартов качества; знание ADRs и runbooks.
• Связь с бизнес-интересантами, лидерские качества, наставничество.
• Свободный английский язык; хорошие коммуникативные навыки.

Higher education in Information Technology or a similar field; At least 8 years of professional experience in software development; Solid experience in Java development and microservices implementation; Knowledge of React; Experience defining software architectures and development patterns; Advanced knowledge of IAM solutions, namely Keycloak, Okta, OIDC and RBAC; Experience defining and implementing authentication and identity management architectures; Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies; Experience identifying and resolving performance, scalability and security issues; Experience leading code reviews and implementing quality standards; Knowledge of SonarQube and Snyk; Experience preparing technical documentation, namely ADRs and runbooks; Leadership, guidance and mentoring skills for team members; Fluency in English; Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with technical and business stakeholders; Autonomy, a sense of responsibility and decision‑making ability.
