Описание: Rumos Consulting is recruiting a Senior AI Platform Engineer for Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra (hybrid model):

Задачи:

• Design and develop AI agent-based workflows, tools and automation solutions throughout the entire software development lifecycle;
• Develop and integrate AI agents, including orchestration, tool use, MCP servers and context engineering;
• Implement evaluation, protection (guardrails) and quality control mechanisms to ensure reliable agent outputs;
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and developer support tools;
• Integrate AI-based solutions with enterprise systems, including Jira, version control systems and CI platforms;
• Improve the efficiency and reliability of engineering processes, as well as developer productivity and experience.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a similar field;
• At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including experience in technical leadership roles;
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI agents in production environments, including orchestration, MCP and evaluation mechanisms;
• Strong knowledge of Platform Engineering, DevOps and CI/CD;
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript;
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP or equivalent) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools);
• Experience developing internal developer platforms, CLI tools or workflow engines;
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and practices for improving engineering team productivity;
• Hands‑on experience using AI agent‑based programming tools in daily software development;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, a sense of technical responsibility and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code or similar AI development tools (an advantage).
