Job summary

act digital in Lisbon is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join an international team delivering luxury retail digital products. You will develop and maintain Java microservices for Checkout, MyAccount, and ODR Processing, and design RESTful APIs.

You will work in a hybrid model, write tests, ensure security best practices, and collaborate with senior engineers. Exposure to GraphQL, IAM integrations (Keycloak, Okta, OIDC), and modern DevOps practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java development.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/GitLab.
• Understanding of testing practices and software quality principles.
• Interest in security and identity management technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1).
• GraphQL is a plus.

Responsibilities
