GET JOB LTD in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Web Technical Support specialist to assist high-profile clients with web product troubleshooting and guidance. You will communicate with advertisers and internal teams via phone, email, chat, and video conferences to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires a native Italian speaker with basic English (B2), and a willingness to work Monday through Friday with remote options for candidates outside Portugal.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in troubleshooting, technical support and B2B environments.
• Basic understanding or interest in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3.
• Basic understanding or interest in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix or similar.
• Native Italian speaker and intermediate English speaker (B2 level).

We are a leading online marketing company serving EMEA and we’re looking for a native Italian speaker with technical support skills to join our team in Lisbon.

Overview

As a Web Product Implementation Specialist you will provide technical support to high‑profile clients, communicate with advertisers and internal teams, and ensure a high‑quality experience through phone, email, chat, and video conferences.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA clients by troubleshooting, providing guidance and training on web products.
• Communicate with advertisers and internal sales & services teams via phone, email, chat and video calls.
• Deliver high‑quality service and maintain strong customer relationships.
