Recruityard is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing team in Lisbon, supporting top global brands in the digital advertising space.

You will handle chat, email, and phone inquiries, assist customers with the self-serve advertising platform and tools, and deliver pre- and post-sales support.

Fluency in Italian is mandatory, English proficiency is required, and the role offers full training, health insurance, performance bonuses, and real career progression.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian (mandatory) and proficient English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical proficiency and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to high-level clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with the self-serve advertising platform and related tools.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as bugs or delivery errors.
• Communicate updates and resolutions to clients promptly.
• Identify opportunities to enhance advertising performance.
• Gather client feedback and share product insights to improve UX.
