Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to high-level clients via chat, email, andphone.
• Assist customers with the self-serve advertising platform andrelated tools.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertisingproducts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as bugs ordelivery errors.
• Communicate updates and resolutions to clients in a timely andprofessional manner.
• Identify opportunities for customers to enhance theiradvertising performance.
• Gather client feedback and share product insights to improveuser experience.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in Italian(mandatory) and proficient English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonalskills.
• Basic technical proficiency and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• A team player with a proactive and customer-orientedmindset.
• Previous experience in customer support or digital marketing isvalued but not required.
