Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (mandatory) and good command of English.
• Ability to reconcile high-volume transactions.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• High standard of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel (advanced or intermediate).
• MS Access knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Management of a centralized mailbox, assigning inbound customer queries.
• Prioritize customer queries once logged.
• Investigate customer queries by liaising with internal departments by phone and email.
• Uphold or credit the charge in the rental system.
• Respond to the corporate customer or via the credit control team.
• Build rapport with the customer and credit control team.
• Identify root causes and implement preventative measures where applicable.
• Liaise with the data loading.
