RDN CONS is seeking an Italian-speaking Ad Sales Agent to join our international team in Athens. This onsite role focuses on building relationships with Italian-speaking business customers and identifying digital advertising solutions to drive growth and online presence.

You will work with a diverse team, manage client conversations with a consultative approach, and contribute to achieving sales targets while benefiting from a comprehensive relocation package to Greece.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, Ad Sales, digital advertising, account management or another customer-facing commercial position.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Building and maintaining relationships with Italian-speaking business customers.
• Understanding clients' business objectives, challenges and advertising needs.
• Presenting relevant digital advertising solutions and identifying opportunities to increase their value.
• Developing existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Providing commercially focused guidance to help customers improve their advertising activity.
• Managing customer conversations with a consultative sales approach.
• Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Following up on commercial opportunities and maintaining accurate account information.
• Developing a strong understanding of digital advertising products and solutions.

Are you an Italian speaker with a commercial mindset and an interest in the world of digital advertising?

We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Ad Sales Agent to join an international team in Athens. You will work with business customers, understand their commercial objectives and help them identify advertising solutions that can support their growth and online presence.

This is an onsite position in Athens, with a comprehensive relocation package available for candidates moving to Greece.

Your Role

You will be in direct contact with Italian-speaking business customers, combining relationship management with a consultative sales approach.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Building and maintaining relationships with Italian-speaking business customers
• Understanding clients' business objectives, challenges and advertising needs
• Presenting relevant digital advertising solutions and identifying opportunities to increase their value
• Developing existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Providing commercially focused guidance to help customers improve their advertising activity
• Managing customer conversations with a consultative rather than purely transactional sales approach
• Working towards individual sales targets and performance KPIs
• Following up on commercial opportunities and maintaining accurate account information
• Developing a strong understanding of digital advertising products and solutions

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian
• English at B2 level or higher
• Previous experience in sales, Ad Sales, digital advertising, account management or another customer-facing commercial position
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confidence in discussing commercial solutions with business customers
• Ability to identify opportunities and turn customer needs into sales opportunities
• Target-oriented and motivated by achieving results
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new platforms
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and work onsite

Experience in digital advertising is particularly valuable, although candidates coming from other strong sales or commercial customer-facing backgrounds will also be considered.
