Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Social Media Customer Care team for September and October in Lisbon. You will be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers and resolving issues with a positive, responsive approach.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) on a rotating schedule with flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries through social media and digital platforms.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and elevate complex cases when needed.
