Cross Border Talents is expanding its talent management team and seeking an Italian Recruiter to lead sourcing for Italian-speaking roles. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct structured screenings, and coordinate placement.

The role offers a 6-month contract with a 30-day trial, full-time hours, and relocation support for international movers. Health coverage starts Day 1, and a daily meal allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Italian and working proficiency in English.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, customer support management, or HR.

Job description

We are expanding our talent management department and looking for an Italian Recruiter. In this role, you will lead sourcing strategies for Italian-speaking roles, assess candidate profiles, and coordinate candidate placement.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Management: Manage active talent pipelines by conducting structured phone screenings and evaluating candidate qualifications.
  
• Selection Process: Administer pre-selection tests, schedule follow-up interviews, and handle recruitment administration.
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 gross/month (commensurate with experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
  
• Health Coverage: Health insurance included starting on Day 1.
  
• Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support offered to international relocators + accommodation. (excludes flight ticket reimbursement).
