Job summary

CB Talents in Lisboa is expanding its talent management team and is seeking an Italian Recruiter to lead sourcing for Italian-speaking roles, assess candidate profiles, and coordinate candidate placement. You will manage active talent pipelines, conduct structured phone screenings, handle recruitment administration, and coordinate interviews.

This 6-month contract offers a 40-hour work week, a monthly base salary of €1,250–€1,450 plus a daily meal allowance and health coverage, with relocation

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Italian with working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Management: manage active talent pipelines via structured phone screenings and evaluate qualifications.
• Selection Process: administer pre-selection tests, schedule interviews, and handle recruitment administration.
• Contract Handling: manage a 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
• Schedule: full-time, 40 hours per week.
