Hexa People is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join our Global Business Services Hub in Porto. The role delivers comprehensive HR administrative support for the Italian market, ensuring accurate employee records, compliance, and timely service in line with SLAs.

You'll collaborate with Payroll Specialists, the Italian HR team, and other stakeholders across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing recruitment documents, contractual updates, pre/post payroll data

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Law or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR administration, shared services or similar.
• Fluency in Italian and good command of English required.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and Italian labour legislation helpful.
• Experience with HRIS, especially SAP HR or ADP, is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative activities across the employee journey, including recruitment documentation and contractual updates.
• Validate pre- and post-payroll data, support with payroll discrepancies and data-quality controls.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and master data across HR systems (SAP HR, ADP).
• Support compliance reviews, labour-cost analysis, audits and process improvements.
