Hexa People is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join an external Global Business Services Hub and support payroll and HR administration for the Italian market. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service in line with performance standards, collaborating with the Italian HR team, Finance, and Labour Relations.

As part of the payroll team, you will manage inputs, data accuracy, monthly checks, and statutory submissions, while contributing to standardisation and automation of payroll

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, HR, or related field.
• 2–4 years in payroll or HR administration, preferably international.
• Fluency in Italian and strong English skills.
• Experience with SAP HR or ADP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll inputs and validate time data.
• Maintain employee data in HR/payroll systems.
• Support monthly payroll checks, reconciliations, and statutory submissions.
• Assist with Italian payroll requirements and compliance.
• Produce validated reports for stakeholders and support process improvements.
