You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian and English, provide effective solutions, and guide customers through our products and services.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Italian, with strong proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Rotational shifts Monday to Friday.
