Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring an Italian-English Customer Service Representative for an on-site role. The position offers relocation support and a competitive salary with performance-related bonuses.

Work hours are Monday–Friday with rotational shifts; weekends are off, and bank holidays are observed. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting Italian-speaking customers and using English for internal communication.
