Cross Border Talents is seeking a dedicated Italian & English Customer Service Representative (Diabetes & Medical Devices) for an on-site role in Porto, Portugal. You will provide specialized support for medical device inquiries, delivering accurate, empathetic service across multiple channels.

The position requires native/fluency in Italian and English (C1), healthcare or device knowledge is a plus, and a 24/7 rotational schedule with occasional night shifts may be needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and English (C1 level) required.
• Experience with diabetes or medical devices is a strong plus.
• On-site work in Porto, Portugal is required.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including nights.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for Italian-speaking clients via multichannel support.
• Assist users with technical and operational inquiries about diabetes medical devices.
• Process and retain large amounts of technical/medical information to deliver accurate solutions.
• Manage stressful calls with empathy, active listening, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Keep detailed account records and support multiple markets as needed.
